On the afternoon of November 26, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department held a regular press conference to inform about preparations for the 23rd Session - the regular session at the end of 2024, the 14th Provincial People's Council, term 2021-2026, along with a number of other important contents.

At the conference, Comrade Le Van Anh, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, quickly informed representatives of press agencies in the province about the content and program of the 23rd Session. Accordingly, the Session is expected to take place in 2.5 days, from December 5 to 7, 2024. This is a very important session to focus on deeply assessing the results of socio-economic development in 2024; discuss the directions, tasks, and solutions for socio-economic development in 2025 and resolve a number of other important contents under the authority of the Provincial People's Council.

At the session, the Provincial People's Council will listen to and comment on 22 reports on work results and thematic reports of 2024; listen to submissions, discuss and consider passing 23 resolutions, including a number of important resolutions that have a great impact on socio -economic development.

The representative of the provincial Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism informed about the coordination work to organize the 2024 Asian Police Taekwondo Open Championship in Quang Ninh .

At this Session, the question-and-answer activities will also be innovated in the direction of concise questions and answers, going straight to the heart of the issue; increasing debate on the questioned contents to clarify the causes and responsibilities of each individual and organization, proposing solutions to overcome shortcomings and limitations...

Through a quick briefing at the conference, Comrade Le Van Anh, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, also discussed and answered a number of issues that representatives of press agencies in the province were interested in regarding the content and program of the 23rd Session and a number of issues under the authority of the Provincial People's Council. At the same time, he requested that press and media agencies pay attention and actively promote the Session, especially focusing on promoting the resolutions issued by the Provincial People's Council immediately after the end of the Session to create consensus among voters and people in the province, contributing positively and effectively to bringing the resolutions of the Provincial People's Council into life.
