Tay Ninh prepares to invest in the section of Ho Chi Minh City's Ring Road 4

On the morning of August 1, 2025, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Minh Lam and leaders of departments and branches directly surveyed the route and planned resettlement locations of the Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 4 project.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Minh Lam and the working delegation and consulting unit directly surveyed the planned resettlement locations at Ben Luc commune, Rach Kien commune, My Loc commune, Phuoc Vinh Tay commune and Tan Tap commune.

  The Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 4 construction investment project is a national key traffic project approved by the National Assembly in Resolution No. 220/2025/QH15. The route has a total length of more than 159 km, of which the section passing through Tay Ninh province is about 74.5 km long. The total investment for the entire route is about 120,413 billion VND, with the scale of the completed phase being 8 expressway lanes, design speed of 100 km/h.

According to the plan, Tay Ninh province will arrange 7 resettlement areas with a total area of about 74.9 hectares to ensure housing for households affected by the project.

Speaking at the survey, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Minh Lam emphasized: "The Ring Road 4 project plays a very important role in socio -economic development not only for Tay Ninh but also for the Southern key economic region. Therefore, localities need to take drastic action and coordinate closely to remove obstacles related to the route and resettlement locations." He requested departments, branches and localities to urgently review construction planning, speed up the progress of detailed planning at a scale of 1/500 for resettlement areas, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and practical needs.

The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Construction to coordinate with the Land Fund Development Center, the Project Management Board and related communes to urgently complete the necessary legal procedures to promptly submit for approval and implement the site clearance and resettlement items as soon as possible. /.
