Tay Ninh: Striving to disburse at least 75% of public investment capital by the end of the third quarter

Tay Ninh province aims to disburse at least 75% of public investment capital by the end of the third quarter and 100% by the end of 2025. Tay Ninh province is focusing on implementing many key tasks and solutions to promote the progress of implementation and disbursement of public investment capital.

Many construction projects are being implemented, promising to promote the disbursement progress of public investment capital in 2025 of the province.

According to information from the Department of Finance, as of early July 2025, Tay Ninh province disbursed nearly VND 7,500 billion out of a total of VND 15,697 billion of allocated public investment capital, reaching nearly 48% of the annual plan.

In order to complete the disbursement target of at least 75% by the end of the third quarter and 100% by the end of 2025, Tay Ninh province is focusing on implementing many key tasks and solutions to promote the progress of implementation and disbursement of public investment capital.

According to the Department of Finance, a number of projects are currently making positive progress, promising to accelerate the disbursement of public investment capital in 2025. These are large projects that are in the process of completing investment procedures or organizing bidding, such as the project of access roads to 3 bridges on Provincial Road (DT) 827E, allocated 200 billion VND, expected to start construction on August 19; the package of purchasing artificial kidney dialysis machines and emergency medical equipment worth 72 billion VND is planning to open bidding in August.

In addition, many projects are focusing on site clearance with large capital sources, such as: Site clearance for the access roads to 3 bridges on Highway 827E, with an allocation of 1,575 billion VND, is completing procedures to pay people; site clearance for Highway 830E (93 billion VND), creating clean land for resettlement and urban development along Highway 830E (249 billion VND).

These are key projects, expected to create a big "boost" for disbursement progress in the coming time.

In particular, some key projects such as Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 3 (section passing through the province) and Provincial Road 823D are under construction after resolving problems with land and material sources. The fact that these projects are entering the construction phase will significantly contribute to the disbursement results of the whole province.

Tay Ninh has identified the disbursement of public investment capital as one of the key tasks of 2025. Therefore, the province is directing strongly, at the same time, requiring investors and related units to review the progress of each project, promptly remove obstacles, ensure progress and effective use of capital./.
