Speaking at the ceremony, Senior Lieutenant General Phung Si Tan affirmed that the two school projects today are works of love, joining hands to build the future, sowing seeds of knowledge, continuing the revolutionary tradition. He affirmed that ATK Dinh Hoa is the cradle of the revolution, where the Central Military Commission used to station troops, and was protected and sheltered by the people. It was from this land that great decisions for the resistance war against the French were born, contributing to the resounding Dien Bien Phu Victory .

With gratitude, from 2005 to now, BTTM has built more than 100 gratitude houses, 4 cultural houses, 1 clinic, 1 medical clinic; 1 kindergarten; 8 classrooms at Bao Linh Secondary School, 6 classrooms at Dinh Bien Secondary School; repaired and upgraded the monument of the workplace of BTTM, the workplace of General Hoang Van Thai; and rebuilt over 15km of roads, with a budget of over 60 billion VND.

In particular, on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the Traditional Day, BTTM supported 10 billion VND to build a multi-purpose house for Hoang Ngan Secondary School (area of over 500m²) and 6 classrooms for Diem Mac Kindergarten (area of over 620m²). After 3 months of active construction, the projects were completed on schedule, meeting the requirements of quality, technique, aesthetics and safety.

On behalf of the leaders of the Military Command, Senior Lieutenant General Phung Si Tan praised the Military Command's Political Department, the 789 Corporation of the Ministry of National Defense , the consulting, design, and supervision units, and the Phu Dinh commune government for their close coordination and overcoming difficulties to complete the project on schedule.

During the program, BTTM presented 240 gifts to 80 policy families, 80 households in difficult circumstances and 80 poor students overcoming difficulties in the area.

On August 1 and 2, the General Staff directed the organization of many gratitude activities at ATK Dinh Hoa to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the Traditional Day of the Military Region (September 7, 1945 / September 7, 2025) such as: Medical examination, treatment, free medicine distribution; repairing rural roads; restoring historical relics; offering incense to President Ho Chi Minh, General Vo Nguyen Giap, General Hoang Van Thai; planting souvenir trees; sports competitions with professional men's volleyball teams; art exchanges performed by the Military Region 1 Art Troupe and domestic artists and low-altitude fireworks.

Regarding promoting the value of the project after handover, Senior Lieutenant General Phung Si Tan requested that the authorities fully hand over the items and technical diagrams, the local government continue to invest in equipment, the school needs to manage and use it effectively to improve the quality of education, striving for the locality to have many good teachers and many good students who have grown up from these two schools.

Speaking at the ceremony, comrade Nguyen Thanh Binh expressed his sincere thanks for the deep affection and practical support of the Central Military Commission. He affirmed that Thai Nguyen is always proud to be a red address, the cradle of the revolution; he hopes to continue to coordinate and accompany the Central Military Commission in socio-economic development associated with national defense and security in the area.
