Photo: CATBThe Head of the Personnel Department announced the Decision of the Minister of Public Security regarding the transfer of Colonel Tran Van Phuc, Director of the Thai Binh Provincial Police, to take up the position of Director of the Quang Ninh Provincial Police.

Speaking at the assignment ceremony, Major General Nguyen Ngoc Lam, Deputy Minister of Public Security, congratulated Colonel Tran Xuan Anh and Colonel Tran Van Phuc on being entrusted with new responsibilities by the Ministry of Public Security. The Deputy Minister acknowledged their achievements in the past, which have contributed positively to ensuring political security and social order in their respective localities.
Deputy Minister Nguyen Ngoc Lam expressed his confidence that the comrades would quickly adapt to their work, maintain internal unity, leverage collective intelligence, and effectively advise the Party Committee and local government on ensuring political security, order, and social safety in the province; and build a truly clean, strong, professional, elite, and modern police force to meet the requirements of the new situation.

On behalf of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People's Council, and the Provincial People's Committee, Comrade Ngo Dong Hai - Member of the Central Committee of the Party, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, and Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation - extended congratulations to the comrades on their new positions.
The comrade acknowledged and highly appreciated the capabilities, experience, and contributions of Colonel Tran Van Phuc during his tenure as Director of the Thai Binh Provincial Police Department. Together with the Party Committee and leadership of the Thai Binh Provincial Police Department, he maintained discipline and order, built a clean and strong police force, and contributed to ensuring political security and social order in the province. At the same time, he expressed his hope that in his new position, Colonel Tran Xuan Anh would continue to develop his abilities, strengths, and work experience, promptly grasp the local situation, unite with the Party Committee and leadership of the Thai Binh Provincial Police Department to successfully complete police work tasks; and closely coordinate with departments, agencies, organizations, and localities to effectively ensure political security and social order, creating a favorable environment to promote the socio-economic development of the province.
The Provincial Party Secretary also extended congratulations to the People's Public Security Force in general and the Thai Binh Provincial Public Security Department in particular on the occasion of the 79th anniversary of the traditional day of the People's Public Security Force (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2024).
Speaking at the ceremony, Colonel Tran Van Phuc, Director of the Quang Ninh Provincial Police, expressed his gratitude for the attention and trust of the Central Party Committee of Public Security, the leaders of the Ministry of Public Security, the Provincial Party Committee, and the People's Committee of Thai Binh province, who have worked together in unity, actively advised, and effectively implemented the tasks and requirements of his work during his time serving at the Thai Binh Provincial Police.

Expressing gratitude for the trust placed in him by the Central Party Committee of Public Security, the leadership of the Ministry of Public Security, the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People's Council, and the Provincial People's Committee of Thai Binh, Colonel Tran Xuan Anh - Director of the Thai Binh Provincial Police - pledged to continue striving, improving his professional knowledge and skills, and working together with the Party Committee and leadership of the Thai Binh Provincial Police to maintain unity and effectively direct the implementation of all aspects of police work.
In his new position, he hopes that the leaders of the Ministry of Public Security, the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People's Council, and the Provincial People's Committee of Thai Binh will continue to pay attention to and create favorable conditions to help him and the Thai Binh Provincial Police force to perform their assigned tasks well, meeting the requirements of ensuring political security and social order and safety in the locality.
