Both the Vietnamese and Thai women's volleyball teams have made changes in their personnel to prepare for the second round of the SEA V-League 2025. While the host Vietnam welcomes the return of striker Nguyen Thi Phuong (replacing Libero Ninh Anh), Thailand has just announced a very notable list.

Accordingly, among the 16 athletes who came to Vietnam to compete in the second round, main striker Chatchuon Morski returned, in addition to middle striker Wimonrat Thanapan. These players all had injury problems so they did not participate in the first round.

Chatchuon Morski is one of the top hitters in Thai women's volleyball.

With the presence of Chatchuon Morski, Thailand possesses a very strong attack. This is really bad news for the Vietnamese women's volleyball team. In the first round, despite many difficulties, the team from the Golden Temple still beat Vietnam 3-2, winning the championship.

According to the plan, the Thai women's volleyball team will arrive in Vietnam on August 6. The best hitter in the first round, Pimpichaya Kokkram, confidently said: "I am ready to continue competing in Vietnam. I don't think the pressure from the audience is a concern. We can handle this situation."

With Thailand having the strongest squad, coach Nguyen Tuan Kiet and his team must be thoroughly prepared in all aspects. Before entering the second leg, Bich Tuyen and her teammates, in addition to physical recovery exercises, are also ready with offensive and defensive plans against Thailand in the rematch taking place on August 10.
