On the afternoon of August 2, Thai Thuy District Party Committee held a conference of key officials to review the implementation of political tasks in the first 6 months of the year and deploy tasks for the last 6 months of 2024.

In the first 6 months of 2024, the total production value of Thai Thuy district reached more than 15,200 billion VND, an increase of 8.63% over the same period in 2023.

In the first 6 months of 2024, Thai Thuy District Party Committee focused on comprehensively implementing political tasks, achieving many positive results. Party building and political system building were focused on; the organization of the political system continued to be improved in the direction of streamlining, effectiveness and efficiency; contact and dialogue activities between leaders of Party committees and authorities with the people gradually improved in quality. The operational efficiency of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations continued to be improved. In the field of socio-economic development, the district developed stably. The total production value reached more than 15,200 billion VND, an increase of 8.63% over the same period in 2023, the district with the highest growth rate among 8 districts and cities.

Striving for economic growth of 15.93% in 2024, in the last 6 months of 2024, Thai Thuy District Party Committee will synchronously and effectively carry out Party building and political system building work; improve the quality of activities of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and mass organizations; strengthen inspection, supervision and enforcement of Party discipline; lead and direct the successful implementation of socio-economic development, national defense and security tasks.

At the conference, delegates voted to supplement the planning source for Standing Committee members and Executive Committee members of the District Party Committee for the 2020-2025 and 2025-2030 terms.
