For Bui Ngoc Kim Ngan (21 years old, residing in Ho Chi Minh City), success is not only due to talent but also the result of passion, perseverance, and daring to pursue her dreams.

Kim Ngan recently won first prize in the UFM Voice Talent Season 3 2024 competition. This is an exciting contest that attracted over 200 contestants from many universities in Ho Chi Minh City. Prior to this, Ngan consistently excelled in her studies and extracurricular activities. She continuously received scholarships from the University of Finance and Marketing (UFM) thanks to her outstanding achievements. In addition to her studies, Ngan also tutors students.

Passionate about hosting and eager to command the stage, Ngan enrolled in an MC training course. Despite lacking extensive experience, the four intense rounds of the competition helped her hone her skills. She diligently practiced daily, focusing on her voice, gestures, and demeanor to gradually overcome her shortcomings. The training sessions also helped contestants like Ngan improve their professional abilities, refine their style, and handle situations better. Ngan gradually learned to complete scripts, contact guests, and choose costumes and props independently. In the final round, which featured 10 contestants, she excelled in the co-hosting and individual Q&A segments. However, she doesn't consider herself the most well-rounded. "I poured my heart into practicing and preparing everything meticulously to shine in my own way. What helped me win over the judges was probably my sincerity and passion for the profession," Ngan shared.

Winning the championship title motivates Kim Ngan to continuously improve her skills, creating an important stepping stone for her growth.

Driven by a desire to inspire other young people, Ngan is increasingly conscious of self-improvement. She aims to create a unique yet approachable style, so that audiences will remember her not only as a youthful, energetic MC, but also as a storyteller with a loving heart, someone who knows how to share and spread emotions.

After the competition, the public's attention to Ngan (center) was both an opportunity and a challenge. She understood that she not only needed to impress when holding the microphone, but also needed to know how to connect with the community.
