Hai Phong City Youth Union volunteers to support the operation of two-level local government

Deploying a youth volunteer team to support the operation of the two-level local government model is an important content in this year's Summer Youth Volunteer Campaign.

Comrade Nguyen Duc Tuan, Permanent Vice Chairman of the City Fatherland Front Committee, presented gifts to youth volunteer teams.

On the morning of July 7, at the Gia Vien Ward Police Headquarters Hall, Hai Phong City Youth Union organized a program to launch youth volunteer teams to support the operation of the 2-level local government model and provide online public services at the grassroots level.

Comrade Nguyen Duc Tuan, Member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the City Fatherland Front Committee attended the program.

Comrade Nguyen Thi Thuy, Vice President of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of the city, Secretary of the Hai Phong City Youth Union spoke at the program.

The City Youth Union simultaneously deployed 115 volunteer teams with forces including high school students, university students, police youth union members to support the government and people at the Administrative Service Centers of communes, wards, and special zones.

The teams are tasked with disseminating policies, guidelines, and changes in the management and administration system of two-level local governments; actively supporting people and businesses in using online public services at levels 3 and 4, creating electronic identification accounts, scanning QR codes, looking up and declaring records online... contributing to improving the quality of public administrative services at the grassroots level.

On the morning of July 7, 115 volunteer teams participated in supporting the government and people at the Administrative Service Centers of communes, wards, and special zones.

On this occasion, the City Youth Union presented 30 gifts to youth volunteer teams.

Previously, from July 1 to 6, the City Youth Union deployed 115 youth shock troops with more than 2,000 union members and young people to support people.

The deployment of a youth volunteer team to support the operation of the two-level local government model and provide online public services at the grassroots level is an important and prioritized content in this year's Summer Youth Volunteer Campaign. This is a volunteer activity and an important political task contributing to the success of the two-level local government model in Hai Phong City.

The teams are tasked with propagating policies and changes in the management and administration system of two-level local governments.

On the same morning, implementing the plan of the Central Youth Union, about 4,800 youth volunteer teams with about 241,400 union members and young people nationwide participated in supporting the operation of local governments at two levels, simultaneously launching in 3,321 communes, wards and special zones.
