Strengthening review, assessment and strengthening the work of protecting, preserving and promoting the value of national treasures.

Specifically, for the 3 national treasures of Thanh Hoa Provincial Museum: 2 treasures Nua Short Sword, Cam Giang Bronze Drum are currently displayed in a glass cabinet, with a lock in the thematic exhibition room. The bronze cauldron is currently displayed independently on the 1st floor area, the exhibition space has a system of doors, locks, and fire alarms. All national treasures are digitized (3D scanning, high-resolution photography, short introductory videos as well as QR codes for visitors to look up information about the treasures).

In addition to on-site exhibitions, the Provincial Museum organizes integrated exhibitions to introduce three national treasures through coordinated mobile exhibitions; develops a historyeducation program "Vietnam's National Treasures in Thanh Hoa" to serve students at schools in the province; promotes, introduces, and promotes the value of national treasures through the website, mass media: newspapers, central and local television. Diversifying the forms of exhibitions and propaganda contributes to honoring and widely promoting the image and value of national treasures currently kept at the Museum to the public.

For the 5 national treasures of the Stone Steles at Lam Kinh Historical Site: The unit regularly assigns staff to clean, sanitize, and treat termites in the area around the stele house and the stone steles - national treasures.

The provincial Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism also coordinated with units to deploy plans to ensure security, safety and risk response measures. In particular, for the national treasures at Thanh Hoa Provincial Museum, immediately after the Decision to recognize the national treasures, the Provincial Museum put the Nui Nua Short Sword and Cam Giang Bronze Drum on display in the thematic exhibition room equipped with a security camera system and fire alarm equipment. These two artifacts are displayed separately in glass cabinets with locks. The bronze cauldron is currently displayed independently on the first floor, the exhibition space has a system of doors, locks and fire alarm equipment.

The Museum's security team is on duty 24/7; monitors the security camera system to promptly detect and handle any unusual signs related to national treasures in particular, and artifacts in the display system and storage warehouses in general.

For the national treasures at Lam Kinh Historical Relic Site, in 2016, the stone steles at the relic site were invested in building a Stele House system and protective railing fences according to the design approved by the Chairman of Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee in Decision No. 2210/QD-UBND dated June 11, 2015 on the Economic - Technical Report of the project to Preserve, restore and embellish the Lam Kinh Historical and Architectural Relic Site, Stele Protection category; contributing to preventing encroachment, writing, drawing, climbing... on the artifacts by some curious visitors.

Currently, 5 stone stele treasures have been installed with surveillance cameras; especially for the tomb of King Le Tuc Tong and the stele, due to its location far from the center of Lam Kinh historical relic, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Thanh Hoa has directed the Center for Historical Research and Heritage Conservation to arrange more security personnel, strengthen patrols and vigilance; establish a security team, assign and organize shifts to ensure regular patrols and guarding 24/24 hours a day in the central area of the relic; at the same time, coordinate with local authorities to do a good job of propaganda and mobilize local people to actively participate in protecting, preventing, detecting and denouncing crimes against relics.

In late May - early June 2025, in a short time, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Thanh Hoa urgently mobilized and called for socialization so that the community could join hands to protect the relic. With the timely support of the Association of Young Entrepreneurs, the installation of security camera systems and solar lighting systems at the tomb of King Le Tuc Tong in particular and other tombs, national treasures and other important heritages has been basically synchronized and completed.

In order to do a good job of protecting, displaying, preserving, and ensuring absolute security and safety for national treasures in the locality, the Department of Culture, Sports, and Tourism of Thanh Hoa proposed that the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism soon issue mechanisms, policies, and separate funding sources for the display, preservation, and protection of "artifacts of special value" - national treasures.
