Establish a new grassroots trade union.

In anticipation of the 14th National Congress of the Vietnam Trade Union, term 2026-2031, the Binh Phuoc Ward Trade Union organized a congress to establish the Trade Union branch of Saigon Dong Xoai Eye Hospital. The congress elected a three-member Executive Committee; Ms. Nguyen Thi Ba was elected as the Chairperson of the hospital's Trade Union branch.

At the conference, the leaders of the Dong Nai City Federation of Labor Unions requested that the grassroots trade union executive committees quickly develop operational regulations, promote solidarity, and represent and care for the material and spiritual lives of union members and workers. They also urged active cooperation with the hospital's management board to effectively implement patriotic emulation movements, contributing to the successful completion of professional tasks and the further development of the unit.
