In 2024, Viet Tri City will carry out compensation and site clearance for 84 transitional projects. At the same time, it will strengthen the review and resolution of difficulties in project implementation, focusing on key projects of the province and city.
The Compensation and Resettlement Support Council of the Southwest New Urban Area project, Viet Tri City, paid compensation and supported people in the project area.
In the first 6 months of the year, the city has conducted an inventory of 19.82 hectares of land of 983 households with a total value of 74 billion VND. The organization paid 5.55 billion VND to 150 households on an area of 1.57 hectares; the remaining are continuing to complete procedures for payment and handover of land according to regulations. Organized land recovery for 12 non-compliant households at the Tay Nam New Urban Area project, Minh Nong ward and 2 households at the Viet-Czech New Urban Area project, Trung Vuong commune. Continued to complete documents, requesting to enforce land recovery for a number of households at the Minh Tan Urban Housing Project, Minh Nong ward.
In the coming time, the city will strengthen the propaganda and dissemination of policies on compensation for site clearance; review, develop plans, propose to competent authorities to consider and resolve problems related to compensation for site clearance and resettlement. Continue to clear the site for transitional projects, new projects, focus on key projects of the province and city, public investment projects, projects to create land funds for allocation and auction of land use rights such as: New Urban Area of the Southwest (Minh Nong ward), Tien Cat urban housing area (Tien Cat ward)... Closely coordinate with investors to speed up the progress of compensation for site clearance of economic infrastructure projects, traffic and urban areas in the area; continue to complete documents and enforce land recovery for some households that do not comply at the Minh Tan Urban Housing Project, Minh Nong ward and Truong Chinh Street project.
