In this regard, the Inspector General of the Government requested that inspection work closely adhere to the orientation of the 2025 inspection program and follow the requirements and directives of the Steering Committee, the Government, the Prime Minister, as well as the actual situation to ensure the implementation of tasks is appropriate and effective. Heads of units must set an example and be the nucleus of unity within their units. Each unit and individual needs to clearly define their functions, duties, and working relationships. Emphasis should be placed on the management, inspection, and evaluation of cadres, especially the management of delegations and working groups in ministries, sectors, and localities. Transparency, openness, and democracy must be effectively implemented; along with a culture of inspection, a culture of workplace ethics, and the agency's working regulations in the operation of the agency and its units. The material and spiritual well-being of cadres, civil servants, and employees of the agency must continue to be improved.

Inspector General of the Government Inspectorate, Doan Hong Phong, urged all officials, Party members, civil servants, and employees of the Government Inspectorate to uphold the 80-year tradition of building and development, and to resolutely strive to excellently fulfill all tasks entrusted by the Party, the State, and the People; and to actively participate in emulation campaigns with the theme "Unity, discipline, responsibility, adherence to the law, flexibility, and effectiveness".
