Announcement of the Decision to establish the Party Committee of the Government Inspectorate.

Specifically, on February 12, 2025, the Government Party Committee issued Decision No. 08-QD/DU on the establishment of the Party Committee of the Government Inspectorate as the direct superior party committee of the grassroots party organizations under the Government Party Committee, based on the reorganization of the Party Committee of the Government Inspectorate and the assumption of the functions and tasks of the Party Committee of the Government Inspectorate. Thus, according to Decision No. 08-QD/DU, the Party Committee of the Government Inspectorate currently comprises 20 subordinate party organizations with 547 party members.

On February 18, 2025, the Party Committee of the Government issued Decision No. 23-QD/DU appointing 25 comrades to the Executive Committee of the Party Committee of the Government Inspectorate for the 2020-2025 term, including: Comrade Doan Hong Phong, Member of the Central Committee of the Party, General Inspector of the Government Inspectorate; Deputy General Inspectors of the Government Inspectorate: Comrade Duong Quoc Huy, Comrade Bui Ngoc Lam, Comrade Le Sy Bay, Comrade Nguyen Van Cuong, Comrade Le Tien Dat; and heads of departments and units including: Comrade Nguyen Huu Hoa, Director of the Personnel and Organization Department; Comrade Le Hong Linh, Director of the Planning and Synthesis Department; Comrade Trinh Van Toan, Director of Department II; Comrade Hoang Hung, Director of Department I; Mr. Nguyen Tuan Anh, Director of Department III; Comrade Nguyen Duc Hai, Director of Department I; Comrade Nguyen Manh Huong, Director of Department II; Comrade Dao Trung Kien, Director of Department III; Comrade Nguyen Van Canh, Director of Department IV; Comrade Nguyen Manh Cuong, Director of Department V; Comrade Nguyen Hong Diep, Head of the Central Citizen Reception Board; Comrade Tran Dang Vinh, Director of the Legal Department; Comrade Pham Hung, Chief of the Office; Comrade Do Manh Hung, Director of the International Cooperation Department; Comrade Nguyen Tuan Anh, Editor-in-Chief of the Inspection Newspaper; Comrade Nguyen Van Luong, Editor-in-Chief of the Inspection Magazine; Comrade Nguyen Thi Thanh Tu, Deputy Chief of the Party and Mass Organization Office; Comrade Pham Minh Tuan, Deputy Chief of the Party and Mass Organization Office; Comrade Dinh Ngoc Tan, Secretary of the Youth Union.

Also in Decision No. 23-QD/DU, the Party Committee of the Government appointed him to participate in the Standing Committee and the Inspection Committee of the Party Committee of the Government Inspectorate for the term 2020 – 2025.

Specifically, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Government Inspectorate for the 2020-2025 term has 9 members, including: Comrade Doan Hong Phong, Member of the Central Committee of the Party, General Inspector of the Government Inspectorate; the Deputy General Inspectors of the Government Inspectorate including Comrades Duong Quoc Huy, Bui Ngoc Lam, Le Sy Bay, Nguyen Van Cuong, Le Tien Dat and Comrade Nguyen Huu Hoa, Director of the Personnel and Organization Department; Comrade Le Hong Linh, Director of the Planning and Synthesis Department; and Comrade Trinh Van Toan, Director of Department II.

The Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam has appointed Comrade Doan Hong Phong, Member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam and Inspector General of the Government, to the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of the Government Inspectorate for the term 2020-2025; and Comrade Duong Quoc Huy, Deputy Inspector General of the Government Inspectorate, to the position of Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Government Inspectorate for the term 2020-2025.

The Party Committee's Inspection Commission of the Government Inspectorate for the 2020-2025 term, appointed by the Government Party Committee, has 7 members. Comrade Le Hong Linh, Director of the Planning and Synthesis Department, serves as the Chairman of the Party Committee's Inspection Commission; Comrade Pham Minh Tuan, Deputy Chief of the Party and Mass Organizations Office, serves as the full-time Vice Chairman of the Party Committee's Inspection Commission; Comrade Hoang Hung, Director of Department I, concurrently serves as the Vice Chairman of the Party Committee's Inspection Commission; and the members include Comrade Ngo Manh Hung, Deputy Director of Department I; Comrade Tran Van Long, Deputy Director of the Legal Department; Comrade Do Trung Kien, Deputy Director of Department III; and Comrade Nguyen Van Tuan, Deputy Director of Department IV.

At the conference, Comrade Nguyen Huu Hoa, Director of the Personnel and Organization Department, presented the draft working regulations of the Party Committee of the Government Inspectorate for the 2020-2025 term and listened to the delegates' comments and suggestions.

At the conference, Comrade Doan Hong Phong, Member of the Central Committee of the Party, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Government Inspectorate, and Chief Inspector of the Government Inspectorate, presented flowers to the former members of the Party Committee of the Government Inspectorate.

In his concluding remarks at the conference, Comrade Doan Hong Phong, Member of the Central Committee of the Party, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Government Inspectorate, and General Inspector of the Government Inspectorate, acknowledged, commended, and congratulated the members and former members of the Party Committee of the Government Inspectorate for their outstanding performance and contributions to the work results of the Party Committee of the Government Inspectorate for the 2020-2025 term.

Comrade Doan Hong Phong requested that the comrades in the Party Committee of the Government Inspectorate for the 2020-2025 term promptly provide feedback on the draft Working Regulations of the Party Committee of the Government Inspectorate for the 2020-2025 term. The Standing Committee will carefully consider and incorporate the feedback to finalize the draft Regulations.

Regarding the implementation of the task of reforming, reorganizing, and streamlining the inspection apparatus to be lean, efficient, effective, and effective, in accordance with Resolution 18-NQ/TW of the entire inspection sector, the Secretary of the Party Committee of the Government Inspectorate requested all cadres and Party members to maintain their ideological stance and focus their utmost efforts to excellently fulfill the assigned political tasks.
