Quang Nam Inspectorate advises the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee to resolve 100% of complaints and denunciations.

The report at the conference said that the entire inspection sector of the provinces in the Emulation Cluster has carried out 637 administrative inspections (477 planned inspections, 160 unscheduled inspections).

The inspection content mainly focuses on sectors and fields such as: basic construction investment, budget finance, land management, mineral exploitation management, planning and implementation of construction planning, responsibility for performing public duties of cadres and civil servants, etc.

To date, 462 inspection conclusions have been issued. Through inspections at 1,013 units, violations of nearly VND 200.3 billion and nearly 289.6 thousand square meters of land were discovered; recommendations were made to recover and pay to the state budget more than VND 66 billion and more than 153.4 thousand square meters of land; recommendations were made to rectify, reduce the settlement value, and handle other cases of nearly VND 134.3 billion and more than 136 thousand square meters of land.

At the same time, it recommended handling 390 organizations and 851 individuals, transferring 9 cases to the police investigation agency and transferring case information to the police investigation agency for 4 cases. During the reporting period, more than 59.2 billion VND and more than 192 thousand square meters of land were recovered and submitted to the state budget.

Mr. Nguyen Duc Tien - Chief Inspector of Quang Nam province, Head of the Emulation Cluster said that during the year, the Inspectorate of the provinces in the cluster received 186 visits/186 people/186 cases; processed 1,882/1,882 received petitions, after processing, 1,148 petitions were eligible for processing (338 complaints, 159 denunciations and 651 recommendations and reflections).

In particular, for Quang Nam Inspectorate, it advised the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee to investigate, verify and resolve 32/32 complaints and denunciations (28 complaints, 4 denunciations); reaching 100%. Reviewed, processed petitions and reported the results of reviewing 18 cases of denunciations, recommendations and reflections and resolved 6 petitions/3 cases of recommendations under the authority of the Provincial Inspectorate.
