Provincial Party Committee member and Director of the Department of Construction Cao Dinh Huy acknowledged and explained some questions from localities.

"This is a very difficult and challenging period, requiring each cadre and civil servant to make great efforts; to receive and resolve continuously arising problems of the people, to research and learn new regulations, and to wait for guidance from competent authorities. During this time, localities need to continue to strengthen inspection and post-inspection work at the grassroots level, not to "loosen up" the management of the area. In particular, localities with communes merged into wards need to strengthen the management of the area; organize reviews, propose zoning plans to ensure land use management and sustainable development of urban areas and areas", Director of the Department of Construction Cao Dinh Huy emphasized.
