Attending the workshop at Dak Lak bridge point were Permanent Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Committee Ho Thi Nguyen Thao; representatives of leaders of departments, branches, localities, the Provincial Bar Association and related associations.

The Land Law 2024 takes effect from August 1, 2024. This law is fundamental and important in relation to all activities of economic and social life and is closely related to other laws such as: Law on Planning, Law on Urban and Rural Planning, Law on Investment, etc.

Opinions at the workshop stated that after one year of implementation, many problems and difficulties have been revealed related to land prices, land price lists, land recovery, compensation, support, resettlement, auctions and bidding in the land sector...

The Party and the State have been strongly directing the amendment and supplementation of land policies and laws in the coming time. Therefore, it requires the competent authorities to continue to research, amend and supplement the Land Law accordingly, thereby providing solutions to ensure that land laws are increasingly perfected, synchronized, transparent, feasible, effective and efficient.

Timely adjustments to regulations will not only remove "bottlenecks" for businesses, but also ensure the legitimate rights of people, while clearing investment capital flows and promoting socio-economic development.

Delegates and experts recommended that the amendments and supplements to the 2024 Land Law should be implemented cautiously, demonstrating a long-term vision, being suitable for practice and having high scientific value.

In addition, there needs to be a more detailed and specific inspection and monitoring mechanism, especially in the initial implementation phase.

At the same time, promote digitalization and build a land and real estate database to improve the efficiency of handling administrative procedures in the land sector, limit problems arising in relation to project investment implementation and implementation of socio-economic development plans.
