Chairwoman of the Ea Knop Commune Women's Union Be Thi Ngan said that in recent times, the union has actively promoted and supported members in starting businesses; encouraged women to start businesses with many suitable models. For women in difficult circumstances, the union has not only provided livelihoods but also mobilized support from many other sources to give them more motivation, direction in business, and stabilize their lives. In addition to supporting livelihood models, the union has also provided loans, donated seedlings and fertilizers, helped develop startup ideas, and regularly promoted and introduced products and goods started by women at markets. Thanks to that, the products (agricultural products, handicrafts) of women in the commune are known to many people. She confided: "With the knowledge learned from training courses on livestock farming techniques organized by the locality, I have more experience in raising cows. In addition, I also raise chickens and ducks, and sell groceries to cover daily expenses.
