Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Hoang Giang emphasized that Resolution No. 29 of the National Assembly and Decree No. 147 of the Government are breakthroughs, creating a legal framework and specific mechanisms to resolve difficulties and obstacles for stalled and long-standing projects. This is a major policy, demonstrating the central government's strong commitment and direction to unlock land resources and investment; resolving long-standing issues and creating momentum for growth.
To date, the province has established a Steering Committee to review and resolve difficulties and obstacles for long-standing stalled projects in the area; assigning specific tasks to each department, sector, and unit with high determination. The focus is on reviewing and classifying projects into groups to find appropriate and feasible solutions.

According to the review, there are currently about 61 projects that are expected to propose the application of special mechanisms and policies to resolve difficulties and obstacles. Of these, 41 projects basically meet the conditions for handling according to regulations; including 25 projects that have been allocated or leased land for the entire project and 16 projects that have been allocated or leased land for a portion of the area. For the remaining group of 20 projects, the conditions are still being reviewed and considered according to regulations to propose appropriate solutions. The group of projects with difficulties and obstacles under the jurisdiction of the local authorities currently includes 25 projects. In addition, there are 29 projects in the province that are currently being inspected by the Provincial Inspectorate according to plan.
