164 more social housing apartments opened for sale

The Department of Construction has just received a notice from An Phu Urban Development and Investment Joint Stock Company about the third sale of social housing (XH-01, XH-02, XH-03), belonging to the Ha Huy Tap Residential Area Project, Tan An Ward, Northern Urban Area of ​​the Western Ring Road, Buon Ma Thuot City (old).

The project scale includes 9 apartment blocks with 3 floors and 1 attic, including: 2 A1 blocks of Social Apartment Building XH-01, 2 B1 blocks and 1 B2 block of Social Apartment Building XH-02; 4 C1 blocks of Social Apartment Building XH-03. There are a total of 330 apartments, with an area of ​​50 - ^70m2 .

In the third phase, the investor announced the sale of 164 apartments in 4 blocks C1, C2, C3 and C4 - Social housing XH-03. The form of the contract for the sale of future housing. The official opening date is expected to be November 18, 2025.

The subjects eligible to buy social housing are cadres, civil servants, public employees, low-income workers, poor and near-poor households in urban areas, workers, and people's armed forces who have not yet received housing support policies...

The continued sale of the third phase of the social housing project (XH-01, XH-02, XH-03) is expected to contribute to meeting the housing needs of people, especially low-income people in the province.
