200 more students in Phu Tan district get to read books from mobile library

Practically celebrating the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025), on April 28, An Giang Provincial Library coordinated with Phu Tan District Culture - Sports and Broadcasting Center to organize a mobile library car, serving about 200 students of Phu My Secondary School.

The mobile library car is equipped like a miniature library, with many functions, with over 4,500 books, a laptop system with Internet connection, TV and some other equipment.

Here, students are introduced to good books by the Provincial Library staff, how to read e-books and choose their own favorite books to read. In addition, they are organized playgrounds, games, quizzes with prizes to create a healthy and useful playground.

Previously, the mobile library model has served hundreds of students of Phu Tan Secondary and High School to participate in reading and activities. Through the mobile library, students have access to a variety of books, contributing to forming reading habits, spreading reading culture in the community, and aiming to build a learning society.
