Another Korean actor confirmed to attend the 2025 Da Nang Asian Film Festival

Actor Park Sung Woong has confirmed his attendance at the third Da Nang Asian Film Festival (DANAFF III), taking place from June 29 to July 5. His appearance promises to be one of the notable highlights of this year's program.

According to information from the Film Festival Organizing Committee, actor Park Sung Woong was born in 1973 and began his acting career in 1997 with the film “No. 3”. After nearly three decades working in the Korean entertainment industry, Park Sung Woong is recognized as one of the actors with stable performance and the ability to portray a variety of roles on screen.

Not limiting himself to a certain image, Park Sung Woong has taken on many roles from positive to negative, from humorous to introspective, thereby demonstrating his ability to effectively control the character's gestures and emotions.

A recent highlight in Park Sung Woong's career is "Bloodhounds" (2023), an action-fantasy film revolving around the battle between good and evil with exorcism elements, in which he plays a psychologically deep villain.

This role continues to show Park Sung Woong's diversity and flexibility in choosing scripts, while affirming his ability to handle complex roles that require a balance between inner strength and physical expression.


Park Sung Woong also attracted attention with his role in “The Dude in Me” (2019) – a comedy film that combines role-swapping elements.
