In implementing the emulation movement, each officer and soldier, in their respective positions, will concretize it through practical actions; strictly adhere to regulations and maintain a professional demeanor; strengthen patrols and controls, and strictly handle violations; uphold the spirit of service, guiding the people with dedication and care, contributing to consolidating the people's trust in the police force. In particular, serving the people will be the measure of work effectiveness, truly making the spirit of "Closest to the people" a natural action in their work and daily lives.
Upholding the spirit of "Three Best," the Thai Nguyen Provincial Police ensured security and safety for the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam. Specifically, the Provincial Police implemented tasks with the motto "proactive from early on and from afar"; synchronously and decisively carrying out work measures to ensure absolute security and safety for the Congress.
Police forces at all levels and localities are seriously implementing 100% personnel on duty and on standby, strengthening security and order maintenance with the utmost determination; deploying forces, equipment, and professional measures in a coordinated manner, and closely managing areas, sectors, and individuals with potential risks of disrupting security and order.
The "Three Best" emulation movement continues to be a driving force for every traffic police officer and soldier to strive and uphold the spirit of serving the people, being there for the people when they need it, when they are in difficulty. A prime example is on January 3rd, during a patrol at Km138, National Highway 1B, the traffic police patrol team of the Provincial Police Department received an urgent request for assistance from a driver of An Taxi. According to the driver, a female passenger in the car was having a heart attack and needed to be taken to the hospital immediately.
Faced with the critical situation, the patrol team quickly reported to their commander; deployed a plan to guide the vehicle, ensure traffic order and safety, and facilitate the rapid and safe transport of the patient to Thai Nguyen International Hospital. Thanks to being taken to the hospital in time, Ms. Tran Thi Hai, born in 1976, residing in Na Long hamlet, Dong Hy commune, has overcome the critical condition.

Being close to the people, through small actions, has fostered trust in the police force within the community. This change stems not only from awareness but also from the relationship between the police and the people; when the people trust and support the police, and the police are close to and share with them, the foundation for people's security will become increasingly solid.
