A typical workday for engineer Nguyen Van Thach (born in 1985) - Deputy Director of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering at Ha Tinh Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company (HADIPHAR) - involves not only monitoring equipment performance and maintaining machinery in the pharmaceutical factory, but also collaborating with colleagues to research and develop improvement solutions and invent new technologies to enhance production efficiency.

Over the past five years, engineer Nguyen Van Thach has led seven scientific research projects that have been effectively applied to production.

Engineer Nguyen Van Thach actively participates in HADIPHAR's emulation movements such as "Excellent Workers, Creative Workers," and scientific research and technical innovation with a serious work ethic and unwavering passion for creativity. This persistent journey has been proven through a series of scientific projects effectively applied in practice. Over the past five years, he has led seven projects that have been applied in production at two traditional and modern medicine factories. Some notable projects include: an automatic filling machine that completely replaces manual filling operations, increasing productivity and product quality fivefold; and a berberine bottling line that reduces the need for 10 manual laborers… These practical applications have yielded outstanding results, saving the company tens of billions of dong in investment and machinery repair costs.

Mr. Thach shared: “We believe that emulation movements must be transformed into concrete actions and results from practical production. Besides my own efforts and the support of colleagues, I am fortunate to receive the attention of the company's Board of Directors in fostering creativity through specific emulation movements and always creating timely and effective support mechanisms and policies. Participating in these movements and freely conducting scientific research not only helps me grow in character and ability but also motivates us to continue with the projects we have been developing, contributing to elevating HADIPHAR's production line.”

HADIPHAR's products have been exported to ASEAN countries.

At Nam Ha Tinh Seafood Import-Export Joint Stock Company, Ms. Truong Thi Hoan, the head of the processing team, has become a source of pride for her colleagues, having had two initiatives recognized within the past five years. These initiatives, when implemented, have proven highly effective, saving the company billions of dong and reducing the workload for employees. Even more honorably, Ms. Hoan is also the only individual from Ha Tinh to be honored by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor as a "National Outstanding Worker Party Member" in 2025.
