The contest was launched by the Literature and Arts Times, the Vietnam Literature and Arts Creation Support Fund, the Vietnam Fine Arts Association Party Cell, and the Literature and Arts Times Party Cell, to select a logo to use in the identification system of the Fatherland Front Party Committee, Central mass organizations, and a logo to serve the 1st Congress of Delegates of the Fatherland Front Party Committee, Central mass organizations, term 2025 - 2030.

Some criteria for expressing the work
The logo must demonstrate the comprehensive leadership role of the Communist Party of Vietnam . It is possible to use associative symbols such as the Party flag, yellow star, hammer and sickle, the image of Uncle Ho, and symbols of national unity.
The logo must encompass the nature of political alliance - voluntary union, solidarity of organizations in the system of the Fatherland Front, Central organizations. Express the spirit of "solidarity - democracy - consensus - development", express national and modern identity, harmoniously combine traditional elements (bronze drum, lotus, folk images) and modern, minimalist design style.
The logo needs to be general and allow for flexible expansion/application with member logo systems (Trade Unions, Women's Unions, Youth Unions, Veterans Associations, etc.).
The logo's main colors are bright red - symbol of the Party, revolutionary ideals, and enthusiasm; yellow - representing intelligence, faith, and development; green (symbolizing vitality, people) and blue (peace, collective intelligence) can be added.
Use circles or lotus petals or bird wings to create a sense of unity, embrace, and protection. Avoid using sharp, pointed shapes that create a sense of division. The central symbol (suggested) is a cluster of lotus flowers or arms holding each other (symbolizing national unity); a red flame or light emitted from a yellow star (symbolizing the communist ideal that lights the way); can combine stylized 6 lotus petals to symbolize 6 member organizations in the Front.
Use sans-serif uppercase letters, strong and easily recognizable. The font must ensure formality and consistency with political and administrative documents.
Ensures good application on different color backgrounds, especially white and red backgrounds. Easily recognizable on many formats: print, television, social media, billboards, event backdrops, etc. Can be scaled without losing core details. Can develop additional logos for member organizations while maintaining the overall visual identity structure/consistency.
The logo must convey the spirit of great national unity, the Party's leadership role over the Front and mass organizations, and the unity of will and action for the goal of a rich people, strong country, democracy, fairness, and civilization.
Other regulations
Contest entries are designed using modern graphic techniques. Colors are clear, easy to recognize, can be zoomed, and can be used with multimedia. Soft files are sent in high-quality AI, PSD, or PDF formats.
Color drawing on A4 size, with a miniature model placed in the right corner (30 mm), on the back is a 5-digit code chosen by the author, with an explanation of the idea of 200 - 300 words.
The profile clearly states: Participating in the "Logo Design Contest for the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front, Central Mass Organizations and the Logo of the 1st Congress of Delegates of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front, Central Mass Organizations, term 2025 - 2030" with a 5-digit code chosen by the author.
Each author can submit up to 3 new, unpublished or previously awarded works. The author is responsible for the copyright of the work. The highest-prize winning work will be edited (if necessary) as required for official use. Works that violate the rules will be disqualified. The Organizing Committee will not return the documents. The author receiving the award must pay personal income tax and other taxes and fees as prescribed.
The Organizing Committee has the right to use the winning works for propaganda and identity design purposes, without time limit and without paying additional royalties.
The contest is open to Vietnamese citizens. Artists, designers, writers, and students of fine arts, architecture, and design are encouraged to participate. Members of the organizing committee and the judging panel are not eligible to participate.
The Organizing Committee will award certificates and prizes, including 1 first prize, worth 30 million VND; 5 consolation prizes, each worth 5 million VND. The prize structure and prize money can be adjusted according to reality.
