Candidates admitted to university in 2025 have 3 more days to confirm admission

According to the announcement of the Ministry of Education and Training , the general admission support system will continue to be open until 5:00 p.m. on September 2 for candidates to confirm their admission. Thus, candidates have three more days to confirm their admission on the system.

According to previous regulations, candidates must confirm their first round of online admission on the system before 5:00 p.m. on August 30.

If the admission confirmation is not made, the candidate will be considered to have given up his/her admission and his/her results will be canceled.

To confirm university admission in 2025, candidates need to follow the steps below:

Step 1 : Log in to the Ministry of Education and Training's admission system via the link: http://thisinh.thitotnghiepthpt.edu.vn

After universities announce the list of university admissions, candidates need to confirm their admission on the general admission system of the Ministry of Education and Training. Enter the information: CCCD number, login code, confirmation code and click the Login button.

Step 2: Click Look up admission results

Step 3: View admission results

Each school that a candidate registers for admission has only one result: Pass or Fail. If the result is Fail, it means that the candidate failed the wishes that he/she registered for at the school.

Step 4: Confirm admission

For the Pass wish, candidates have the right to confirm admission. To confirm admission, candidates click the Confirm admission button.

Step 5: Click Agree to complete the admission confirmation.

Step 6: Check the status of Enrolled.

Once admission is confirmed, candidates will not be able to cancel their admission confirmation. If they want to cancel their admission confirmation, they must contact the university for resolution.

This year’s university entrance exam has seen a series of incidents that have resulted in many candidates passing the exam failing and failing the exam passing. After listening to feedback on major errors by some higher education institutions, the Ministry of Education and Training has provided timely guidance and direction, and so far most of these cases have been resolved in accordance with regulations.
