After the success of the 2023 and 2024 seasons, the Hanoi Singing Contest returns, expanding its scale to the world . According to the Organizing Committee, the contest welcomes all contestants around the world, regardless of nationality, as long as they meet the conditions in the Regulations and Rules.
Despite its global nature, the Organizing Committee still maintains the spirit of honoring national culture by requiring all contestants, including international contestants, to sing in Vietnamese.

The organizers inform about the competition.
Since the preliminary information was announced, the Organizing Committee has received attention from many candidates in the Southeast Asia and Northeast Asia regions. The number of international registrations will be fully announced after the end of the enrollment period (October 25, 2025).
According to Mr. Nguyen Kim Khiem, General Director and Editor-in-Chief of Hanoi Radio and Television (the organizer), this expansion not only contributes to raising the level of Hanoi Singing to an international playground, attracting singers with diverse techniques and styles, but also creates opportunities for cultural exchange, promoting Vietnamese music and the image of the capital to friends around the world.
"This is an important step in the strategy to make Hanoi a destination for contemporary art and creative activities," Mr. Nguyen Kim Khiem emphasized.
The panel of judges and leading professional advisors such as: People's Artist Quang Vinh, People's Artist Quoc Hung, People's Artist Ha Thuy, People's Artist Mai Hoa, People's Artist Thanh Lam, People's Artist Tan Minh, singer Anh Tho, singer Ho Quynh Huong, singer Khanh Linh, musician Le Minh Son... will sit in the hot seat of Hanoi Singing 2025.

Meritorious Artist Vu Thang Loi is one of the singers who matured from the contest.
In particular, the song about Hanoi - the highlight of this year's Voice of Hanoi - will be reserved for the final ranking night (December 9, 2025). All contestants, including international contestants, will perform songs about the capital, both demonstrating their professional skills and spreading love for Hanoi through music.
