Phuoc Cat Town completed early the collection of opinions on amending the 2013 Constitution via the VNEID application.

(LĐ online) - Implementing the Plan of Lam Dong Provincial Police on organizing the collection of comments on the Draft Resolution amending and supplementing a number of articles of the 2013 Constitution through the VNEID application, Phuoc Cat Town Police (Da Huoai District) has implemented it vigorously and achieved results exceeding the set target with 100% of level 2 electronic identification accounts participating in commenting.

Police force and union members guide people to contribute opinions via VNEID application

Immediately after receiving the plan from the Provincial Police, Phuoc Cat Town Police issued a plan to assign specific tasks to each officer and soldier in charge of the residential groups. At the same time, the Town People's Committee advised the Town People's Committee to issue a plan and decide to establish 8 guidance teams led by police officers, mobilizing the entire local political system to directly support people to contribute their opinions via the VNEID application.

To help people know, understand and implement this content, the Town Police have drafted and posted articles on social networking platforms such as Facebook, Zalo, and organized propaganda through loudspeakers every day.

Police visit each family to guide people to contribute ideas to the Draft Resolution amending and supplementing a number of articles of the 2013 Constitution via the VNEID application.

With the motto of "going to every alley, knocking on every door, checking every person", 8 teams directly instructed people on how to use VNEID to give feedback regardless of lunch break, night time, or weekends.

In addition, the unit has arranged staff on duty at the headquarters to support citizens in registering, activating or updating level 2 electronic identification accounts, ensuring that all eligible citizens can participate in giving feedback 24/7.

Police officers and soldiers support the elderly to install the VNEID application to contribute ideas to amend the 2013 Constitution.

As of May 30, 2025, 100% of officers, soldiers, families and relatives have participated in giving opinions. Notably, all 5,242 level 2 electronic identification accounts operating in the area have completed giving opinions, reaching a rate of 100%, exceeding the target of 90% set by the Provincial Police. Phuoc Cat Town is one of the leading localities among 137 communes, wards and towns of Lam Dong province in terms of participation rate.

Also on this occasion, the town police reviewed 638 level 2 accounts that were not eligible to participate, including cases of military service, temporary residence outside the province, serving prison sentences or encountering technical errors.

With determination and synchronous implementation, Phuoc Cat Town Police not only completed its tasks excellently but also became a model in collecting opinions on the Draft Resolution amending and supplementing a number of articles of the 2013 Constitution through the VNEID application. This result affirms the pioneering role of the police force, the harmonious coordination with socio-political organizations in applying digital technology, contributing to raising legal awareness and people's participation in important issues of the country.
