Sacred flag raising ceremony at Ba Dinh Square on National Day September 2

On the morning of September 2, the flag raising and saluting ceremony was solemnly held at Ba Dinh Square with the participation of many people from all over the country.
This morning (September 2), at the historic Ba Dinh Square, a large number of people from all over the country came here, lining up to visit Uncle Ho's Mausoleum on the occasion of the 79th anniversary of National Day, September 2.
Soldiers of Group 275 (the Command for the Protection of President Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum) perform the flag-raising ceremony at Ba Dinh Square. The ceremonial formation consists of 37 people wearing white uniforms. The Victory Flag Team leads the way, followed by 34 honor guards symbolizing the first 34 soldiers of the Vietnam Propaganda Liberation Army, the predecessor of the Vietnam People's Army.
Three soldiers of the red flag team solemnly walked up to the podium to perform the main rituals. Then, the soldiers carried the national flag to the flagpole, preparing for the flag-raising ceremony.
At exactly 6:00 a.m., when the National Anthem was played, the soldiers raised the flag and the National Flag was raised to the 29-meter high flagpole.
After 10 minutes of ceremony, the honor guard marched in a circle past the gate of President Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum.
Outside, people across the country woke up very early to witness the flag-raising and salute ceremony to celebrate National Day, September 2.
