This morning, September 2nd, a military parade and procession commemorating the 80th anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam took place at Ba Dinh Square and along the streets and avenues in the center of Hanoi .

According to the National Center for Meteorological and Hydrological Forecasting, the weather in central Hanoi this morning is favorable, with a low chance of rain, cool temperatures ranging from 26 to 30 degrees Celsius.
Early in the morning, the sky was cloudy with a low cloud ceiling, which could affect visibility for low-flying aircraft around the event area. "The probability of rain in the morning is less than 20%, and if it does occur, it will be light, quickly stopping, and will not affect the main activities," the National Center for Meteorological and Hydrological Forecasting stated.

Many meteorological experts also predicted that this morning, some areas might experience showers, but central Hanoi would be mostly rain-free, with cool weather and gentle sunshine, suitable for the parade and march at Ba Dinh Square.
The trend of rain has also decreased significantly compared to previous days, contributing to more stable weather conditions for the entire program. By midday and early afternoon, the sun tends to be more intense, interspersed with periods of short, light showers.
Later that evening, the inner city area of Hanoi is forecast to be dry, creating favorable conditions for people to participate in festival activities and watch the fireworks display.
Today, Da Nang and the Central region will experience intermittent showers and sunshine, with temperatures ranging from 24-33 degrees Celsius. For the Central Highlands and Southern regions, there will be showers in the afternoon and evening, with some areas experiencing heavy rain. Temperatures in the Central Highlands will range from 20-31 degrees Celsius, and in the South from 24-33 degrees Celsius. This morning, the weather is favorable for the whole country to enjoy the national holiday.
