Vietnam National Petroleum Group respectfully invites qualified, experienced and qualified Contractors to bid for the Package: Editing, publishing, printing and distributing the book "Traditional history of Vietnam National Petroleum Group" with the following main information:
1. Package Name: Editing, publishing, printing and distributing the book "Traditional history of Vietnam Petroleum Group".

4. Form and method of contractor selection: Regular bidding, one envelope of documents according to the Contractor Selection Regulations of Vietnam National Petroleum Group issued under Decision No. 020/PLX-QD-HDQT dated January 20, 2021 of the Board of Directors of Vietnam National Petroleum Group.
5. Time for issuing the Request for Proposals (RFP): From the time of posting the invitation for bids until before the closing time for bids (during office hours).
