Notice on assigning civil servants to support and provide professional guidance in the dissemination, education of law and mediation at the grassroots level

In order to guide and remove difficulties and obstacles (if any) of communes and wards in organizing the implementation of legal dissemination and education, legal access standards and mediation at the grassroots level in the process of operating and organizing the 2-level local government model in Ca Mau province, on July 17, 2025, the Director of the Department of Justice issued Notice No. 114/TB-STP on assigning civil servants of the Legal Dissemination and Education Department to be the focal point to support and provide professional guidance to communes and wards, specifically as follows:

2. Ms. Hua Thi Nguyen, Deputy Head of the Department of Legal Aid (Tel: 0947444927): In charge of supporting the following units: An Xuyen, Ly Van Lam, Tan Thanh, Hoa Thanh; communes: Tan Thuan, Tan Tien, Ta An Khuong, Tran Phan, Thanh Tung, Dam Doi.

5. Mr. Nguyen Hai Dang, specialist of the Department of Legal Aid (Tel: 0939703465): In charge of supporting the following units: Phu Tan, Phu My, Luong The Tran, Tan Hung, My Hung, Cai Nuoc, Ho Thi Ky, Phong Thanh, Hong Dan, Vinh Loc.

6. Mr. Tran Van Thai, specialist of the Department of Legal Aid (Tel: 0947877539): In charge of supporting the following units: Ninh Thanh Loi, Ninh Quoi, Ganh Hao, Dinh Thanh, An Trach, Long Dien, Dong Hai, Phuoc Long, Vinh Phuoc, Phong Hiep.

In the process of performing tasks, if units have difficulties or problems, they should directly contact the above-mentioned focal officials for guidance. At the same time, to facilitate the work of supporting, guiding and coordinating the implementation of tasks, it is recommended that the People's Committees of communes and wards assign and arrange civil servants in charge of the work of disseminating and educating the law; mediation at the grassroots level and standards of access to the law, to directly contact the above-mentioned focal officials (via ZALO) to provide contact information, to promptly exchange and coordinate the implementation of related tasks./.
