Press Release No. 02 10th Session, 15th National Assembly

MORNING

The National Assembly discussed in groups the following contents:

(1) Evaluation of the results of the implementation of the 2025 socio -economic development plan; projected socio-economic development plan for 2026.

(2) The implementation of the state budget in 2025, the state budget estimate, the central budget allocation plan in 2026 (including the 3-year state financial and budget plan 2026-2028; the implementation of the state budget public investment plan in 2025, the expected state budget public investment plan in 2026; the implementation of the 2025 financial plan, the expected 2026 financial plan of the extra-budgetary state financial funds managed by the central government).

(3) Results of implementing the National Assembly's resolutions on the 5-year plan for the period 2021 - 2025: socio-economic development; economic restructuring; medium-term public investment; national finance and borrowing and repayment of public debt; expected plans: national 5-year finance for the period 2026 - 2030; medium-term public investment for the period 2026 - 2030.

(4) Reports of the Government, the Supreme People's Court, and the Supreme People's Procuracy on the implementation of the Constitution, laws, resolutions of the National Assembly, ordinances, and resolutions of the National Assembly Standing Committee in 2025.

AFTERNOON

The National Assembly continued to discuss in groups the following contents:

(1) Reports on the 2021-2026 term of office of the President and the Government.

(2) Draft Report on the work of the 15th National Assembly; Reports on the work of the 15th National Assembly Standing Committee, the Ethnic Council, the National Assembly Committees, and the State Audit.

(3) Work reports for the 2021-2026 term of the Supreme People's Court and the Supreme People's Procuracy.

WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 22, 2025:

Morning : The National Assembly held a plenary session at the Hall, carrying out the following contents: (1) listening to the Report on 03 projects: Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Education; Law on Higher Education (amended); Law on Vocational Education (amended); (2) listening to the Verification Report on 03 projects: Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Education; Law on Higher Education (amended); Law on Vocational Education (amended); (3) listening to the Report on the project: Law on Civil Aviation of Vietnam (amended); (4) listening to the Report on the project on the Law on Public Employees (amended); (5) listening to the Verification Report on 02 projects: Law on Civil Aviation of Vietnam (amended); Law on Public Employees (amended). Then, the National Assembly discussed in groups the following contents: (1) Project on the Law on Civil Aviation of Vietnam (amended); (2) Project on the Law on Public Employees (amended).

Afternoon: The National Assembly discussed in groups the following contents: (1) Draft Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Education; (2) Draft Law on Higher Education (amended); (3) Draft Law on Vocational Education (amended).
