Quang Ninh prepares to organize a grand music festival and OCOP fair in the fall and winter of 2025

Quang Ninh province is rushing to complete the final preparations for two large-scale cultural and economic events that will take place at the end of October, including the "Ha Long Concert 2025" art program and the Quang Ninh OCOP Fair - Autumn Winter 2025. The series of events is expected to create a strong leverage, attract tourism and promote the local economy in the last months of the year.

The above information was officially announced at a press conference organized by the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the Department of Industry and Trade of Quang Ninh on October 21.

The center of attention will be the art program “Ha Long Concert 2025” - a music festival confirmed to be the largest and most magnificent ever organized by the province. With the theme “Heritage Spirit – Brightening the Future”, the program will officially take place at 8:00 p.m. on October 29 at October 30 Square; expected to attract 30,000 spectators.

The theme of the art program both honors the "heroic spirit" of the heroic mining region, of the World Natural Heritage Ha Long Bay, and looks towards a "bright future" with a dynamic service and tourism economy .

Accordingly, the 120-minute program script was elaborately constructed with 3 seamless artistic chapters, telling the story of Quang Ninh's development journey from a land rich in tradition, overcoming difficulties to innovate and reach for the future.

The music night promises to be explosive with the participation of famous artists from many generations, from veteran singers to beloved contemporary stars.

In particular, free invitation tickets are distributed to people and tourists inside and outside the province. The time to register to receive tickets is from 7:00 p.m. today (October 21). The time to exchange printed tickets for those who have successfully registered is from 9:00 a.m. on October 27 to 12:00 p.m. on October 29 at the Planning, Fair and Exhibition Palace of Quang Ninh province.

The program will end with a high-altitude fireworks display to mark the event.

Providing more information about the event, Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism Nguyen Thi Thanh Thuy emphasized: Through these activities, Quang Ninh aims to strongly develop the cultural industry associated with tourism, considering this as a driving force, a "push" to stimulate tourism, promote service growth and local economy. The province also encourages the participation of organizations and individuals in cultural, artistic activities and tourism promotion, creating new and diverse products and experiences for tourists.

Along with the music festival, the Quang Ninh OCOP Fair - Autumn Winter 2025 will also be held from October 28 to November 3 at the Provincial Planning, Fair and Exhibition Palace.

According to Deputy Director of the Department of Industry and Trade of Quang Ninh Nguyen Tien Dung, the Quang Ninh OCOP Fair - Autumn Winter 2025 is organized with a scale of 160 booths. Of which, 70 standard booths are arranged to display and introduce OCOP products, typical products of communes, wards, and special zones in Quang Ninh province; 90 standard booths to display and introduce OCOP products, agricultural products, typical products of provinces and cities in the country; Exhibition area to display socio-economic achievements, decoration to celebrate the founding anniversary of Quang Ninh province.

In addition to the ranked typical OCOP products, there will be propaganda and exhibitions on the province's socio-economic development achievements; the stage will also be reduced and integrated with art programs of communes, wards, and special zones in the province... Environmental protection, security and order, traffic safety, fire prevention and fighting, and disease prevention will also be absolutely guaranteed during the fair.

Currently, the preparation work for the Program has been and is being carried out seriously, professionally and safely, from the survey and planning stages to security, reception, logistics, etc.
