Creating jobs for workers is identified as an important political task, contributing to poverty reduction, ensuring social security and promoting economic growth. Accordingly, by 2025, the whole Tuyen Quang province strives to create jobs for 23,500 workers. However, the current job creation rate is only 15.58% of the plan, equal to 61.8% compared to the same period in 2024. The reason is determined to be due to the impact of the volatile situation in the world affecting Vietnam, many businesses are focusing on stabilizing production so they have not expanded recruitment of workers, many workers are afraid to go to work far away, the work of reviewing and implementing job creation solutions in some places is not really effective...
To overcome the above difficulties, in recent times, all levels and sectors in Tuyen Quang province have implemented many solutions to improve the quality of vocational training, promote consulting, job introduction, and connect employers with employees. The Employment Service Center, Department of Home Affairs has also chaired the organization of job fairs and job fairs connecting supply and demand in districts and cities.
Accordingly, job fairs held in districts and cities have created conditions for workers to directly meet and exchange information with businesses and vocational training facilities, thereby choosing suitable careers and jobs with stable incomes and ensuring their lives. For online job fairs, workers are also connected to the labor market quickly and conveniently, helping to shorten the time to find jobs.
It is known that in Tuyen Quang province, there are 2 zones and 6 industrial clusters attracting more than 40 industrial projects. The enterprises in operation have created jobs for thousands of local workers with an average income of more than 6.7 million VND/person/month. In the first quarter of 2025, the whole province has created jobs for over 3,600 workers, of which 2,263 workers work in economic sectors in the province; 1,271 workers go to work in industrial zones and clusters in provinces and cities in the country; 127 people are exported.
In the coming time, the Employment Service Center will continue to coordinate with units, districts and cities to review the employment needs of workers. Focus on propagating and disseminating legal policies on sending workers to work abroad; providing job counseling in ethnic minority areas, particularly difficult areas, and localities with many poor households; creating conditions for reputable enterprises to recruit workers in the province to work; promoting production and business... Thereby effectively implementing the goal of creating jobs for workers in 2025.
