Agree on the plan to arrange and merge the Inspection Commission of Ha Giang and Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committees

BHG - On the morning of April 20, in Ha Giang province, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission of Ha Giang and Tuyen Quang provinces held a conference to agree on the plan to arrange and merge the Inspection Commissions of the Ha Giang and Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committees. Comrades: Tran Quang Minh, Member of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee, Chairman of the Ha Giang Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission; Nguyen Hong Trang, Member of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee, Chairman of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission chaired the conference.

Comrade Tran Quang Minh, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission, Ha Giang, spoke at the conference.

The conference heard the Framework Plan to merge the Inspection Commission of Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee and the Inspection Commission of Ha Giang Provincial Party Committee into the Inspection Commission of Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee. Accordingly, after the merger, it is expected that the agency will have 4 affiliated units including 1 office and 3 functional departments, with a total payroll and expected number of employees of about 50 people.

Comrade Nguyen Hong Trang, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Inspection Commission of Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee spoke at the conference.

Discussing at the conference, delegates focused on giving opinions on the framework plan for merging the two agencies; discussing the arrangement of workplaces and accommodations for leaders and civil servants of Ha Giang province to work in Tuyen Quang province so that they can work with peace of mind, complete their tasks well, and avoid work interruptions.

Concluding the conference, Comrade Tran Quang Minh, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Inspection Commission of Ha Giang Provincial Party Committee and Comrade Nguyen Hong Trang, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Inspection Commission of Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee requested the offices of the two agencies to receive the opinions of the delegates to complete the plan, report to the Standing Committees of the Provincial Party Committees of the two provinces to issue the project to merge the two agencies on time. They requested that the cadres and civil servants of the two agencies be steadfast, determined, united, and ready to accept all assigned tasks, absolutely support and comply with the correct policies of the Party, demonstrate their trust, and contribute to the revolution of streamlining the organizational apparatus.
