Reclaiming 16,000m2 of land to upgrade the road connecting National Highway 3 to Soc Temple

The route connecting from National Highway 3 leads to Soc Temple in Soc Son district.

The People's Committee of Soc Son district has just issued a notice on land acquisition to implement the project of upgrading the road from National Highway 3 to Cong Hoa village and Soc temple.

The location of the recovered land is determined according to the Coordinate Positioning Map dated May 20, 2024 of the Hanoi Department of Natural Resources and Environment to serve the work of compensation, support and resettlement for project implementation. The total recovered land area is more than 16,000m2.

Currently, the Soc Son District Construction Investment Project Management Board is conducting surveys, marking land clearance; preparing documents and maps of the project implementation area...

The People's Committee of Soc Son district assigned two communes: Phu Linh and Hong Ky to coordinate with relevant units to widely disseminate and publicly post information on land recovery and related regulations at the commune People's Committee headquarters and village cultural houses.

Organizations and individuals with land and assets within the scope of recovery must strictly comply with the requirement to maintain the current land use status, not to change the purpose of use, not to build new houses, repair houses...; at the same time, they are responsible for coordinating and creating conditions for investors to carry out site clearance.
