Speaking at the ceremony, Dr. Le Truong Son - Principal of the University emphasized that the diploma is not only a proof of knowledge but also marks the efforts, bravery and creativity of students of Ho Chi Minh City University of Law.
He expressed his gratitude to the teaching staff who devoted themselves to imparting knowledge and to the parents who silently sacrificed and motivated their children throughout four years of study.
Mr. Son affirmed that students of Ho Chi Minh City University of Law are always trusted by society and employers, with a high employment rate after graduation.
He believes that with their knowledge, skills and dedication, the new graduates will be able to assert themselves in the integration era and become future creators.
"Towards the 50th anniversary of its establishment in 2026, Ho Chi Minh City University of Law aims to develop according to three strategic pillars: building a comprehensive digital university, expanding the multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary model, and affirming its role as a national key institution for legal training.
With this orientation, the school hopes to continue providing high-quality legal human resources with interdisciplinary thinking, meeting the requirements of institutional innovation and international integration," said Dr. Son.
According to statistics, among the 1,594 students awarded degrees this time, 44 students achieved Excellent (2.76%), 457 students achieved Good (28.67%).
Also at the ceremony, the school awarded 408 outstanding new graduates, including valedictorians of the whole school, valedictorians of the majors, excellent and excellent students of the whole course, and 142 students who actively contributed to class work, the Youth Union - Association, and student movements with a total prize of more than 600 million VND.
Standing out at the ceremony was the valedictorian of the entire course, Cao Duc Anh (class CLC46, High Quality Program with Enhanced English for Law major) with an average score of 3.9/4.0. This is the best achievement in the school's more than 40-year history.
Cao Duc Anh was awarded a full scholarship for the doctoral training program (2026 - 2029) of Ho Chi Minh City University of Law with a total value of 252 million VND along with an invitation to stay at the school as a lecturer according to the policy of attracting young talents of Ho Chi Minh City University of Law.
Sharing at the ceremony, the new valedictorian expressed his pride in studying at the school, expressed his gratitude to his teachers, and expressed his deep gratitude to his parents and family.
