According to the Department of Finance, in the first four months of 2026, total state budget revenue in the province exceeded 10 trillion VND, reaching over 44% of the provincial People's Council's projected target, surpassing the average revenue collection progress. Coordination in advising on and managing local budget revenue and expenditure was carried out seriously, adhering closely to legal regulations, central government guidelines, and directives from the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, and People's Committee.

According to the Department of Finance, in the first four months of 2026, total state budget revenue in the province exceeded 10 trillion VND, reaching over 44% of the provincial People's Council's projected target, surpassing the average revenue collection progress.

The coordination of advisory work in managing and operating the local budget revenue and expenditure estimates has been carried out seriously, adhering closely to legal regulations, central government guidelines, and directives from the Provincial Party Committee, Provincial People's Council, and Provincial People's Committee.

The Department of Finance regularly coordinates with the Provincial Tax Department in managing domestic revenue collection; proactively monitors global, national, and local economic developments. From this, it analyzes the impact of fiscal and monetary policies on businesses and the production and business activities of taxpayers to promptly forecast factors affecting state budget revenue collection. It identifies sudden increases and decreases, calculates the impact of tax exemptions and reductions, identifies sources of increased revenue, and advises on appropriate revenue collection solutions to strive to exceed domestic revenue collection targets.

The allocation and distribution of funds were carried out fully, meeting the expenditure requirements according to the budget and any unforeseen expenses, serving socio-economic development, national defense, security, state management, social welfare, salaries and policies for officials, civil servants, employees, and workers.

The Financial and Budget Management Information System (TABMIS) has been implemented synchronously throughout the province, ensuring efficient management, operation, and exploitation, providing timely, public, and transparent information and data on budget revenue and expenditure. In the first four months of 2026, local budget expenditure exceeded 9.9 trillion VND, reaching over 22% of the projected budget.
