Prime Minister visits Ba Doc Martyrs Cemetery and General Vo Nguyen Giap's grave

Quang Binh - On the morning of June 2, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and his delegation visited and offered incense at Ba Doc Martyrs Cemetery (Ly Trach Commune, Bo Trach District, Quang Binh) and the tomb of General Vo Nguyen Giap in Vung Chua - Yen Island (Quang Dong Commune, Quang Trach District).

The delegation also included Politburo member, Party Central Committee Secretary, Head of the Party Central Committee's Internal Affairs Commission Phan Dinh Trac; Party Central Committee member, Minister of Transport Nguyen Van Thang; Party Central Committee member, Chief of the General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army, Deputy Minister of National Defense - Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Tan Cuong, and representatives of leaders of ministries, departments and central agencies. Here, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and the delegation offered incense, laid wreaths and observed a minute of silence to express gratitude to the heroic martyrs who heroically sacrificed for the cause of national liberation and reunification. Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and the delegates offered incense to each grave at the Ba Doc Martyrs' Cemetery. After that, the delegation also visited the grave of General Vo Nguyen Giap. Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and the delegation laid wreaths and offered incense, expressing their respect for General Vo Nguyen Giap's great contributions to the revolutionary cause.
