Prime Minister approves Chairman of People's Committee of Thanh Hoa and Khanh Hoa provinces

(Dan Tri) - Mr. Nguyen Hoai Anh was approved to hold the position of Chairman of Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee, and Mr. Nguyen Khanh Toan was approved to hold the position of Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee, according to the Prime Minister's decision.

On September 22, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh signed decisions approving the election results for the positions of Chairman of the People's Committees of Thanh Hoa and Khanh Hoa provinces for the 2021-2026 term.

Specifically, according to Decision No. 2119, the Prime Minister approved the election results for the position of Chairman of the People's Committee of Thanh Hoa province for the 2021-2026 term for Mr. Nguyen Hoai Anh, alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.

Previously, Mr. Nguyen Hoai Anh, while holding the position of Standing Deputy Secretary of Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee, was mobilized and appointed to join the Executive Committee, Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term. He was also introduced to the Provincial People's Council to elect him as Chairman of Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee.

Mr. Nguyen Hoai Anh was born in 1977, from the old Quang Nam province (now Da Nang city). He has a Master's degree in Public Administration, Architect, and a Bachelor's degree in English.

Since January 2021, he has been an alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Binh Thuan province, and then held the position of Standing Deputy Secretary of the Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee for a period of time.

In Decision No. 2112, the Prime Minister approved the election results for the position of Chairman of the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province for the 2021-2026 term for Mr. Nguyen Khac Toan, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.

Mr. Nguyen Khac Toan (55 years old), from Khanh Hoa. He has a Bachelor of Judicial Law, Bachelor of Party Building and State Administration.

Mr. Toan used to hold the positions of Secretary of Cam Ranh City Party Committee (old), Khanh Hoa province; Head of the Organizing Committee of Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee. From 2021 to mid-September, Mr. Toan held the position of Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Council.
