Prime Minister approves election results of Chairman of Bac Ninh province

Accordingly, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh decided to approve the election results for the position of Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province for the 2021-2026 term for Mr. Vuong Quoc Tuan - Alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province.

Previously, on the afternoon of July 31, 2024, at the 19th session (special session), the People's Council of Bac Ninh province, term XIX, term 2021 - 2026, Mr. Vuong Quoc Tuan, alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman in charge of operating the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province was elected to hold the position of Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province, term XIX, term 2021 - 2026.

Mr. Vuong Quoc Tuan (born in 1977, hometown in Kinh Bac ward, Bac Ninh city, Bac Ninh province) has a PhD in Business Administration and Advanced Political Theory.

Regarding his work process, from May 2012 to July 2020, Mr. Tuan held the positions of Secretary of Bac Ninh Provincial Youth Union and then Secretary of Bac Ninh City Party Committee.

From July 24, 2020, Mr. Tuan held the position of Permanent Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province.

From July 16, 2024, Mr. Tuan is the Permanent Vice Chairman in charge of operating the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province.

On the afternoon of July 29, 2024, the Standing Committee of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee convened a meeting of the Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee and a conference of key officials of the province to meet and implement the personnel work process. At the meeting, the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee elected Vuong Quoc Tuan as additional Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.
