Prime Minister inspects flood response in Hanoi's riverside area

On the night of October 9, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh personally inspected and directed the response and recovery work for floods in Trung Gia and Da Phuc communes, Hanoi city.

Inspecting the scene, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh emphasized that these are vulnerable areas, requesting Hanoi city to coordinate with relevant ministries, branches and units to closely monitor the flood situation to have appropriate response plans, including taking into account the worst case scenario to proactively evacuate people to safe places, respond and prepare in the spirit of "worrying when expensive, being happy when unsalted", ensuring the safety and lives of people first and foremost.

The Prime Minister pointed out that we must absolutely not be subjective or negligent, and must prepare means, vehicles, forces, especially the military, accommodation for people and necessary necessities to evacuate people when necessary./.
