Mr. La Dinh Nghia - Director of the Provincial Library said that this activity is part of Project 6 under the National Target Program for Socio -Economic Development of Ethnic Minorities and Mountainous Areas. Supporting community bookcases for 16 communes of mountainous districts in general aims to bring about a reading movement as well as form a reading culture in ethnic minority and mountainous communities.

Song Tra Commune is the first commune in Hiep Duc district to receive support from the Provincial Library for a bookshelf.
