Accordingly, on the morning of May 24, a delegation of teachers and students from Swiss Cottage Secondary School (Singapore) visited and exchanged with Thanh Cong Secondary School (Ba Dinh District, Hanoi ). On this occasion, Principal of Thanh Cong Secondary School Nguyen Ngoc Anh expressed his joy at welcoming teachers and students from Swiss Cottage Secondary School (Singapore) to visit and exchange with teachers and students of the school.

Ms. Nguyen Ngoc Anh said that in 2023, Thanh Cong Secondary School celebrated its 45th anniversary. After nearly half a century of construction and development, the school has been the place where many generations of students have grown up and is proud of its 45 years of achievements: twice honored to receive the Third Class Labor Medal, awarded a Certificate of Merit by the Prime Minister, a Certificate of Merit by the Ministry of Education and Training and many other noble awards.
Currently, Thanh Cong Secondary School has 45 classrooms and many modern functional rooms such as: Foreign Languages, Information Technology, Music, Technology, Natural Sciences , Social Sciences, Clubs... meeting the standards to build a National Standard School level 2. With a team of dedicated, talented, enthusiastic and professional teachers, students here are cared for and develop their comprehensive capacity. Thanh Cong Secondary School always aims at activities for students to develop comprehensively, improve the quality of key and general quality, so that students are cared for and loved with the motto: "safety - quality - love".
It is known that with the goal of comprehensive education, training students to become global citizens, the school pays great attention to international cooperation activities and foreign language development. Currently, the school has English supplementary classes with foreigners and 4 Japanese classes. Thanks to having access to English and having the opportunity to welcome international student groups, our students are quite confident when interacting with students from international schools.

Also within the framework of the exchange activities, representatives of Swiss Cottage Secondary School (Singapore) introduced the school and the educational orientation in Singapore. At the same time, they expressed their deep gratitude for the warm welcome of the school, teachers, and students of Thanh Cong Secondary School. The Swiss Cottage Secondary School delegation directly visited the facilities as well as participated in experiential activities on the campus of Thanh Cong Secondary School with interesting and attractive contents such as: visiting the library, directly playing some Vietnamese folk games (o an quan, playing volleyball, checkers...), painting in the Art room, basketball and soccer exchanges between students of Thanh Cong Secondary School and students of Swiss Cottage School.
The representative of the Ba Dinh District Department of Education and Training assessed that the event was an opportunity for Thanh Cong Secondary School to exchange and share educational experiences with teachers and students of Swiss Cottage Secondary School in particular and Singapore education in general. This is also an activity to contribute to the successful and effective implementation of the policy of promoting international cooperation in the field of education and training, which is of interest and direction to Ba Dinh District and the Department of Education and Training./.
