Da Nang: Phan Chau Trinh High School's 10th grade benchmark score is the highest

Da Nang has just announced the benchmark scores for grade 10 of public high schools for the 2025-2026 school year, in which Phan Chau Trinh High School leads with 32 points, many public schools have scores below 20 points.

On the afternoon of June 15, the Department of Education and Training of Da Nang City officially announced the benchmark scores for grade 10 admission for the 2025-2026 school year for all public high schools and Le Quy Don High School for the Gifted in the area. This year's admission exam had more than 11,600 students taking the exam, of which more than 10,000 candidates were admitted to public schools.

According to statistics, Phan Chau Trinh High School continues to hold the highest position with the first choice standard score of 32 points , while many other schools have standard scores below 20 such as Nguyen Hien High School (17 points), Phan Thanh Tai High School (17.75 points), Ngo Quyen High School (11 points) or Ton That Tung (15.5 points), Ong Ich Khiem High School (16.25 points). Out of a total of 10,020 admitted students, up to 7,963 students passed the first choice.

In the specialized block, Le Quy Don High School for the Gifted has recruited 300 students for specialized classes. The highest standard score for history is 45.63 points , followed by English (42.70 points), math (41.88 points) and literature (41 points). In particular, literature requires students at the standard level to have a specialized subject score of 5 or higher and to win third prize in the city-level excellent student competition.

In addition, this afternoon, the Department of Education and Training also announced the admission scores for Japanese and French classes at Phan Chau Trinh, Hoang Hoa Tham and Nguyen Hien High Schools. Of which, the Japanese class at Phan Chau Trinh takes 23.38 points, the French class takes 27 points.

The Department of Education and Training noted that parents and students can look up the results and admission list from June 17 on the department's website or come directly to the school to complete admission procedures.
