At the conference, taxpayers were informed by officers and civil servants of Tax Department 8 about many new tax policies that will take effect in 2025. Specifically: Resolution No. 68-NQ/TW dated May 4, 2025 of the Politburo on private economic development; Resolution No. 198/2025/QH15 dated May 17, 2025 on a number of special mechanisms and policies for private economic development; Decree No. 230/2025/ND-CP on regulations on cases of exemption and reduction of land use fees and land rents according to the provisions of Clause 2, Article 157 of the Land Law; Decree No. 174/2025/ND-CP on regulations on value added tax (VAT) reduction policy according to Resolution No. 204/2025/QH15 dated June 17, 2025 of the National Assembly (2% VAT reduction from July 1, 2025 to December 31, 2026). Law No. 67/2025/QH15 dated June 14, 2025 on the Law on Corporate Income Tax (effective from October 1, 2025). The conference spent a lot of time on dialogue, answering and resolving difficulties and problems regarding tax declaration, tax payment, tax settlement, tax audit, etc. of taxpayers. The issues that taxpayers were interested in and needed support were all guided and answered in detail by the leaders and officers of Tax Department 8 right at the conference. Taxpayers were very satisfied and hoped that this activity would be maintained and promoted further in the future.
