Accordingly, the supported subjects include households and individuals directly engaged in agricultural production, using agricultural land and having stable income from production on that land at the time of approval of the compensation, support and resettlement plan.

The level of cash support shall not exceed 5 times the price of agricultural land of the same type in the local land price list, but shall not exceed the limit for agricultural land allocation as prescribed by the 2024 Land Law.

Cases not eligible for support include: Cadres, civil servants, public employees, officers, professional soldiers, pensioners, people on disability leave, or employees with indefinite-term labor contracts receiving salaries from the state budget.

In addition to financial support, eligible people can also participate in vocational training courses, job counseling and livelihood conversion suitable to local conditions.

The Department of Agriculture and Environment requests that units carrying out compensation, support and resettlement work closely coordinate with the People's Committees of localities where land is recovered to review each case, ensuring support for the right subjects, fairness and transparency.
