Cooperation in digital transformation and electronic invoices for business households in Tay Ninh

This agreement marks an important step, demonstrating the strong determination of the two sectors in accompanying the private economic sector, promoting comprehensive digital transformation and modernizing tax administration, especially for business households.

The signing ceremony took place in the context that the Government is promoting major policies and guidelines to develop the private economy and digitize state management. The cooperation agreement is built on the basis of strictly implementing Resolution No. 68-NQ/TW of the Politburo on private economic development, regulations on invoices and documents according to Decree No. 123/2020/ND-CP and Decree No. 70/2025/ND-CP, and the Project on converting the tax management model for business households according to Decision No. 3389/QD-BTC of the Ministry of Finance .

Speaking at the ceremony, Head of Taxation of Tay Ninh Province Nguyen Nam Binh emphasized that the conversion of tax payment model from lump-sum to declaration and the widespread application of electronic invoices is an inevitable requirement, a major policy to modernize and make tax management transparent. The close cooperation with Agribank, one of the leading commercial banks, is committed to bringing transparency, sustainability and creating a modern, civilized business environment, suitable for the digital transformation requirements for business households in the area.

This is not only the duty but also the responsibility of the Tax sector in supporting businesses and business households to access modern financial and banking services and comply with tax policies in the most convenient way.

Speaking at the signing ceremony, Director of Agribank Long An Branch Nguyen Tri Dung, representing Agribanks in the province, affirmed that they will seriously implement the signed contents, focusing on specific solutions to provide maximum support to business households. The main objective of the agreement is to coordinate implementation, support and guide business households to master policies, operate and proficiently use electronic invoices (including electronic invoices with tax authority codes and electronic invoices generated from cash registers), and coordinate guidance on accounting books according to the declaration method.

To realize this goal, Agribank commits to providing digital transformation service packages with preferential pricing policies, including: Electronic invoice software, sales management software, digital signatures, and point of sale (POS) devices. Agribank branches will proactively coordinate with Tay Ninh Provincial Tax Department to organize propaganda programs, training on registration, declaration, and electronic invoice creation, with special attention to the group of business households within the scope of implementation at 10 local Tax Departments.

Notably, Agribank commits to establishing a "Fast - Correct - Sufficient" coordination mechanism with a requirement to respond and provide support within 2 hours of receiving a legitimate request related to tax obligations and implementation focal point. At the same time, the bank always sets the principle of data protection and customer information security as a consistent principle throughout the entire coordination process.

Agribank leaders expressed their belief that, with a high sense of responsibility and smooth coordination, the cooperation agreement between Tay Ninh Tax and Agribank will create clear changes, helping business households gradually standardize operations, improve management capacity and promote private economic development in accordance with the strategic orientation of the Party and State in the coming time.
