In particular, the Quang Ninh OCOP Fair - Autumn Winter 2025, the Quang Ninh Autumn Specialties Exhibition 2025 received the attention of a large number of people and tourists, with nearly 100,000 visitors, sales revenue reached about 21.1 billion VND. The Fair and Exhibition on the sidelines of the province's concert activities formed a series of events promoting culture and tourism associated with promoting the consumption of local agricultural products, attracting many tourists to visit and shop.
In addition, the Quang Ninh Culinary Festival 2025 with the theme "Quang Ninh - Destination of culinary quintessence" from October 30 to November 2 at Sun Carnival Square, Ha Long Street (Bai Chay Ward) with 200 culinary booths, attracted about 15,000 visitors, including many international visitors from countries: China, ASEAN, Russia, Europe... With a series of synchronous solutions, in the first 10 months of 2025, the Quang Ninh tourism industry welcomed about 18.43 million visitors, an increase of 10% over the same period in 2024, total tourism revenue is estimated at 48,362 billion VND, an increase of 21% over the same period in 2024.

With only 1 month left to complete the 2025 target, the tourism industry continues to implement a series of events, such as: Organizing special art programs, welcoming New Year's Eve; Grand ceremony to commemorate King Tran Nhan Tong and receiving the World Cultural Heritage Certificate for the Complex of Monuments and Landscapes of Yen Tu - Vinh Nghiem - Con Son, Kiep Bac... Thereby, creating a spread, an impression to attract tourists to Quang Ninh.
In addition, units and businesses have also actively implemented stimulus programs to attract tourists at the end of the year. Ha Long Bay, a favorite destination for international tourists in the fall and winter, has recorded a sharp increase in the number of visitors and overnight stays. Luxury cruise ships always reach high capacity of 50-70% at the end of the year. To meet the needs of tourists, shipping lines have organized special programs such as Christmas and New Year parties and activities during the Lunar New Year, creating opportunities for tourists to experience a variety of activities.
In addition to activities in Ha Long Bay, Quang Ninh focuses on developing new tourism products to create a difference. Ecotourism, community tourism, and outdoor sports activities are being strongly exploited. In addition, MICE tourism is also a focused field, especially in high-end hotels. 4-5 star accommodation facilities in Quang Ninh not only serve accommodation needs but also organize conferences, seminars and parties, with special incentives for corporate customers. Many units have implemented discount programs of up to 20-30% on room rates and 30% on conference and seminar fees, helping to attract corporate groups to organize events combined with tourism.
In preparation for the tourist season, the authorities have also proactively controlled prices and prevented price increases and price gouging, ensuring that tourists always receive services at the listed price, without any haggling. Tourist establishments have also committed to ensuring service quality, from publicizing prices to complying with regulations on sustainable tourism environment.
Mr. Nguyen Lam Nguyen, Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, said: The Department continues to coordinate with units and businesses to attract many cultural, sports and tourism events to be held in Quang Ninh. At the same time, work with travel agencies to connect events with other destinations, thereby forming complete tours; strongly deploy tourism stimulus packages, strengthen promotion, advertising, and create motivation for tourists to visit and experience Quang Ninh's destinations.
